His staff is great and Marze the PA is EXCELLENT but is limited to Dr. Naoumoff approvals. As far as Dr. Naoumoff, his lack of medical knowledge and his laziness is shocking. He doesn't listen only retains a few words of your issue which causes him to be way off of his care. He only does what he wants and when and takes NO responsibility for his poor care. I have been going to this doctor and his PA Marce for many years and although I like them both I must say I prefer Marcie. She just seems to be a little more understanding of my concerns whether they may seem trivial or not. I have been a loyal and consistent patient of this office for many years and have always had a pleasant experience until today. I liked him. Very nice. Gives good advice. Figured out how I lost hearing in one ear.
I think this doc is typical of many modern day young docs. He seems to use a shotgun approach to testing and narrows in on recommendations for labs which are slightly out of range. He was not very knowledgeable of my auto immune disease and latches on to key words in the conversation instead of considering the whole picture that I am describing in view of how my medical history has progressed to this point. I find it hard to understand and communicate with him.
Recently moved to area was looking for a general practice doctor. After researching reviews and education/credentials, decided to schedule a get acquainted appointment with Dr Naoumoff. What a pleasant surprise. Literally, as I completed paperwork, my name was called and was taken back to the patient area. Dr spent an hour with me, even though I wasn't there for a specific issue. I have been a patient of Dr Naoumoff's for over a year now. I am very happy with his care as well as the care I have received from his P.A. Marze. I am always treated well by his staff and his Medical Assistants. My wait time for appointments is never long, and the lobby is clean with reading material available. Do Not go to this doctor!!!!! This doctor took me off all my medication cold turkey, told me I was addicted to them. He didnt even fill scripts for my ulcers. This doctor knowingly put me at risk for seizures, hige blood pressure, strokes and heart attacks. His staff has no clue what HIPPA is and in no in way addhears to there policies. I will be filing a complaint with the DIVISION OF MEDICAL QUALITY ASSURANCE. I also plan to seek legal advice for patient neglect and patient abandoment. I have been going to Dr. Naumoff for many years. I have always found his knowledge and diagnoses to be accurate. He takes his time with patients, yet I never have had to wait very long to see him. The staff has always been friendly and courteous.
Dr. Naoumoff has been my primary care physician for 14 years. I have always found him to be personable and attentive to my medical problems. He ask questions and discusses symptoms and solutions with me, referring me to specialist as required or requested. During the last decade the office has seen a number of staff changes but I have always been treated with kindness and courtesy
