Einer der besten Japaner außerhalb von Japan. Wo sonst wird der Wasabi frisch auf Haifischhaut gerieben. Fisch wird aus Tokyo eingeflogen. Maximal 8 Gäste! Hier legt Meister Cory noch selbst Hand an. Besser geht nicht! Hier fehlt mindestens 1 Michelin Stern!!! Abwechslung und Handwerk auf höchstem Niveau!
