I performed what is called a "stage" at this bakery company this past week. A stage is essentially a mini internship where you go in and work for a day in your field of work. I LOVED working with Brian, Tom, Mason, Cam, and Ben. Everyone who works there is fun and charismatic and I am proud to say I worked here. Yummy, crunchy breads and doughs of all sorts!
This is the best part of living downtown. Easy access to the best baked goods. To be honest there isn't one thing I haven't enjoyed. My favorites are the cranberry walnut bread,vegan walnut chocolate chip cookies and the pretzels dipped in the sweet honey mustard from Martha's.
Great Multigrain bread. The best chocolate chip scone I've ever had. Coffee isn't too bad either!

The best bread in GR! The onion rye this month is a must try! The raspberry scones are a perfect breakfast treat. A request to bring back the dark chocolate toasted coconut and sea salt granola. It is the BEST!
Only my second time ever having their pizza tonight, I called in an order and they told me it would be ready in 50 minutes but over the phone I heard 15 minutes thanks to a head cold. I showed up and of course the pizza wasn't ready but I was willing to wait since it was my mistake. After a few minutes the guys said they would sneak my pizza in the line up since it was an honest miscommunication, even on a busy Saturday night. Awesome service, and not to mention awesome pizza. Some of the best fresh baked breads too.
