I'm moving out from this " luxury apartment " complex. first there is nothing luxurious in this complex it looks like any other place, scone it takes them a long time to fix things n the worth of all is that they raise ur rent EVERY YEAR n not $ 10 or $ 20 dollars more after a year I lived here they raised my rent $ 26 dollars more for this year they raised $ 53 more n of course next year is gonna b more again, I found me another place way cheaper n better looking that this place. unless u want to pay more rent every year fi... read more

I just read a review about this place because I was sick of the problems with this complex. I totally agree with the other person, I complained with the neighbour above me for noises and we both found out that the walls and ceilings are so thin that you can hear EVERYTHING that's going with ALL your neighbours . I also agree with the other person about Jenny, the supposedly manager, she's never in the office and when you ask the person who's replacing her that day they will always tell you that Jenny took the day off or she'... read more

First off I need to warn you: JENNY 1) The most dishonest person I have ever met 2) Is never in the office to answer phone calls 3) If you are so lucky to catch her actually at work then I can almost tell you for sure that she will not be very helpful 4) She will not make any extra effort to help you with anything - the only effort she will make is to take your money. 5) If there is a noise complaint she will just tell you to call the cops - and they will try to give you a noise complaint - but surprise surprise these walls ... read more
