Rudest people I have ever dealt with as a customer. My advice: save a little money and go with Brookside Campground. They are the best. Cheaper, more friendly, and they have better duck rafts!

Had a great week, punctuated by the eclipse! Rafting, zip lining, both ropes courses, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Best family vacation ever!
Four of us rafted Sunday with trip leader and guide extraordinaire Jesse. He was so funny and so knowledgable about the river and its flora and fauna. Would love to return and do it again!
Arrived with our REI group and had the time of my life ziplining and rafting! Our zipline guides Sam and Perry were fabulous..Sam is just too cute for words and so encouraging and Perry is so calm and comforting..what a great team they were! Our rafting guide was also out of this world but for the life of me I cant remember his name! Do yourself a favor and visit this center you wont be sorry!
With some trepidation, I joined two friends (all women in our sixties) for a raft trip down the Nantahala. From the moment we got there, our guide, Jess, put as at ease. His thorough safety briefing made us feel secure, and his stream of corny jokes kept us from taking things too seriously. We went on a guided rafting trip to watch the solar eclipse. The entire experience was epic, can't say enough about the NOC staff.
Steve was a great guide, we went on the Eclipse raft trip everything about it was excellent and we learned so much about the area, best guide I have ever had on a rafting trip, will definitely be back!
Only there for a stopover for the Smoky Mountain Railroad .Looked terrifically the things to do begged us to stay ;including the start of the eclipse .Did eat lunch and have a beer .All was A-OK
