We've had a great time beginning with the Dogwood Motel, pizza at the River's End, to our awesome run on Chattooga IV with our fantastic guide, Eric Neff. Was here 24+ years ago and will be back again. I highly recommend!!!
We tried out the zipline, did a little mountain biking and went white water rafting. Loved it all!!!!
My family and I came to NOC for a fun weekend trip before school started. Only my husband had been white water rafting before but our entire family had a blast! Our guide, Scott, was wonderful! Fun, knowledgeable, and knew that this momma was worried about our youngest (7) would fall out- he never did! Thank you for making this a trip we will talk about for many years, and return for.
We took 20 boys from out BoyScout Troop (Troop 200) on a whitewater rafting trip. We did the Lower Nantahala as some of the boys had never been rafting before. We had a total of 4 rafts for our troop and all 4 of the guides were awesome. All the boys and leaders had an awesome time while rafting. We also stayed at the Section A camping area. We took a party of six. The whole day went great. Our guide, Dalton, was cool and informative. After all of the says events, there was supper and live music. I'm sure we will be back. Phil James Greenwood, SC.
Great time great weather facilities could use a little up dating
We went to the NOC French Broad Outpost location and was very impressed with the service and expertise. My Mother-in-law went for the first time and she had a great experience. Staff was friendly and you could tell they were good at their jobs. This location was pretty and we actually had a picnic before our rafting trip began. It was peaceful and in a nice area. Our guide was Emily, who was friendly and knew her stuff. 10/10 would go again.
Wonderful place, we loved the food and all of the surroundings. The river was beautiful. A must see place.
Great first time experience had an awesome guide (KAT) and loved that Nick kept everyone laughing
