It rocks and is truly a fun time for all ages.
One of the greatest things I've done on vacation was visit the Nantahala outdoor center and hit the class 4 river. It was awesome experience and the guides were funny and kept us safe. The guide made the adventure worth it. I Recommend this to everyone. Dino -NJ

Chaperoned a group from Mississippi University for Women in the mid '80s for whitewater rafting. Someone had to do it! ;-)

We went there for a weekend getaway this past April. We had a blast! We only did Ziplining at the NOC but all the other activities looked really fun! The food was awesome and the ppl were great!
Great staff, friendly guides, safety first, fun and excitement a close second, we had a blast, the whole family enjoyed our trip down the French Broad! The only complaint was that the rafting trip ended too soon. Next trip will be a full day!
Been going with these guys for over 20 years and have never had a bad trip.
