Passing through this area while traveling to Talladega. I called with a short notice order. Nan was extremely helpful and made a beautiful bouquet.

I am very disappointed in this arrangement I live in west Texas and my mom lives in Sylacauga, and is in the hospital on her birthday. I wanted to send her some nice flowers to cheer her up. No flowers at all in the back of the arrangement. Sad to say , but looks like just a lot of scrap flowers used. Some of the greenery is even brown and the berries are shriveled up. Horrible. I am now backtracking to find out who sent flowers to my son-in-laws funeral. Nothing that was ordered through Nan’s from the Dignity site, was delivered to the funeral home for our loved ones service. No idea where the flowers were, and what happened to the money spent for them. Everyone was very disappointed and frustrated that they used this florist and there were no flowers.

Did not deliver flowers to a funeral and did not call me to let me know the flowers were not delivered .. I WOULD NOT BUY .ANYTHING' HERE!!!!!!
