question # 3 of the survey needs to be expanded. I wanted to know the cost to me after my insurance, I was told that it would be provided so question #3, in my opinion, should include that as an option
I have Humana gold plus and they pay for one cleaning and one filling per year. I was told I owed $123.00 dollars when I checked out. I paid the bill with my Discover card and when I got home my wife who also goes to the same location and Dentist said Humana should have paid for the visit. I called back and the issue was promptly resolved by someone who takes care of the Insurance filing. I was charged for the panoramic X-rays which Humana does not cover. I really liked the young lady that cleaned my teeth, but she didn't introduce herself. But she was very personable. Would have like the Dr. To say more than your teeth are fine.
