Change nothing it was great
Ms. Trotter is an excellent dentist. She thoroughly explains every step that she takes and makes my already high anxiety level drop dramatically. I have never been so thankful to have such a great experience.
Everyone that I spoke with was very friendly and professional. I am really excited that I have found this Dental office and Dr. McLemore.I feel that I have found my Dentist finally!!
I was treated so professionally by both the billing and dental staff. I felt like they cared if I was happy or not. It really makes a difference. I would tell anyone looking to change dental providers to go to Riviera Dental and maybe even if they're not. It's worth going through the change process for certain.
Great visit, Dr. M explained everything each step of the way and the expectation to go with it.
Drew is the best. She remembers our conversatons from the previous visit and we just pick up where we left off. What an asset she is to your team.
JoEllen was wonderful in getting me ready to see Dr. McLemore. She not only explained what was going on with my tooth to me, but she was patient and willing to answer every question my 3.5 year old son had- and he had a lot of questions! I was kept very comfortable and the work I needed was done very quickly and efficiently, with both JoEllen and Dr. McLemore checking on my well being constantly.
Renee was so welcoming and friendly, along with all other staff.
Very nice staff! Excited that this is our new dental home 😊
