This was our 3rd time taking our Shih Tzu puppy to see Nancy. The first two times she did a fine job cutting her hair. This last time really left a lot to be desired. When my husband went and picked her up our pup was shaking. When Addison greeted me at the door I noticed that Nancy had cut more hair then in the past. I then noticed her hair was cut VERY uneven.
