We just picked up a gorgeous oval diamond engagement ring (and matching wedding band) that we had custom made at Nancy’s Gems. She worked with us from the very beginning, and explained each step of the process so that we knew exactly what to expect. We learned so much from Nancy and she was amazing to work with. She was beyond accommodating and really made this experience easy and convenient. Nancy’s warmth and honesty is hard to beat and we will definitely go back to her in the future!
Purchasing from Nancy was one of the easiest transaction I have ever done in my life considering it was for something so special as an engagement ring and wedding band. She was extremely helpful with ever aspect of the sale, including having to resize the ring after purchase. I had a custom ring set that I designed and she was able to duplicate it by just sending her photos. I will definitely purchase my wedding band from her and would highly recommend her to everyone!
