Great Property Managment Company – Nancy Russell Property Management took care of my home while I was out of the country...the team took care of everything from finding a tenant, doing all the maintenence, paying my property taxes and mortgage. The did all the accounting and book keeping. They were professional yet very friendly even sending me a sympathy card when my father passed away. Property Management Company – I found these reviews and was so disapointed as they are all from the same person. a previous tenant who DI NOT get their security deposit returned due to severe damage to the property. The reviewer is trying to damage a pristine reputation that we have had for over 20 years. In the first bit of Slander they speak about Nancy however Nancy has been retired for over 3 years. Slumlords and Thieves! – If you want your property destroyed, use them. Nancy is a nasty, rude lady who doesn't care about your property and will not call you when the tenants have destroyed the house until you get a call from police and neighbors of your property. My home was destroyed, windows smashed out, new carpeting ruined, interior doors broken and removed. This is a horrible, horrible company. Don't use them. They really need to be turned in to the real estate ethics and practices board. They are unscrupulous thieves... read more

THE WORST PAY TO RENT FROM – These people are funny...beside the stripes in their hair LMOA that and their eye make-up.....clowns!!! LOL.. Make sure you get a copy of your credit report.....they CHARGE $30 for each application and THEY DON'T RUN YOUR CREDIT REPORT. We got a copy of our credit report and have no record of that address ever being rented to us...THEY TAKE YOUR APPLICATION FEE AND KEEP IT FOR THEMSELVES. Don't trust them. They will rip you off. They are known to take tenants deposit for ridiculous things and charge you for things that they refused to repair, when you asked them to. Don't do business with this company. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Be careful. They act sweet at first until you sign that piece of paper then watch out! Take pics of everything, because you will need them. Trust me. They will run a property to the ground!

Bad Experience – All I can say is be careful. They do not treat there tenants very well at all. They do not take care of the properties. I had the worst experience. I was a good tenant paid my rent on time and never had any problems with my neighbors. But if I called in a repair it was like I was doing something wrong. It was the worst experience for me. Don't trust them.
