I am going to try my best not to be spiteful in my review; however our recent experience with Nancy Russell Properties, Robin Russell Haeger in particular, was a Nightmare. I would HIGHLY urge you to do your research and take heed to negative reviews, especially if you are considering this company for asset management. Every good review every written about Nancy Russell has been by her own family pretending to be renters or home owners. People do not write multiple bad reviews because we have better stuff to do and just tell it how it is once. This is the worst place you could possibly ever rent from. Never fix issues with the rentals, even when noted on walk through. They forge documents in office since they are all family and corrupt. They live like pigs, have no heart and hate their customers.
