Nancy Frappier is a great neurologist. When I leave her office I understand where I am with diagnosis, test results, and plan moving forward. Staff is polite, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Very helpful nurses on triage line and calls back within 24 hrs or next business day. Never feel talked down to. Always ask if I have questions and make sure their answers are clear. I see a variety of specialists and this is the best office in town. I've been seen her for almost a decade. Very thorough! Took time to listen and answer any questions, scheduled testing and made a plan for what was to follow, as well as explained the timeframe that this would take. She made sure that I know that I could contact her through the portal, if I had any questions that I forgot to ask during the appointment or if I had new questions. Her staff was just as nice and efficient as well.
