I wasn't sure if I needed to renew my medical card or not, since it didn't have an experation date. I went to Nancy for answers, she's on the list so she should know right? Wrong. I asked if she could look it up, she said no. So instead we went through an appointment as if I needed a renewal. It costs $250.00 for an appointment, which by the way the state DOESN'T set the fee. I had the Best experience at the Beauty Lab w Nancy Davis! The building was beautiful set right in downtown Saint George. The rooom was pretty while I waited I got my four head numb for Botox with a numbing cream which really helped a lot and then I got a B 12 shot and a fat blocker Nancy was very friendly and very professional and knew her stuff i also was feeling a little ill so I had her treat me for my cough and even got a prescription for that what an amazing experience I will definitely be back
I have been going to Nancy for years. She has always been personable and professional. She takes the time needed with you and never makes you feel rushed. She works with you to resolve any issues. I would recommend her to anyone!!!!!
