I found the doctor very caring and knowledgeable. I don't think I've ever had glasses I liked as much as the ones I purchased and also seen as well out of!! The optical staff was very helpful in my choice and very patient and great with styling. I also was fitted with bifocal contact lenses with Dr. Loveland and I am still amazed at how well I can see far and close...I got my 20 year old eyes back!! and would recommend them to those of us over 40. Great experience.

Dr loveland is good but needed to see her only one time and rest had to deal with employees which were pretty bad, one guy with spikes and blue eyes looks foreigner very non professional and ill mannered. had to go to shop and he attended me 3 times with so bad behavior..... he should not be dealing with customers. Dr loveland needs to pay attention and put cameras in shop and see herself how her employees are doing for her own good....

They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their eye equipment was state-of-the-art and really sophisticated. They were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge that they had about different types of contacts.
