Related to old computer system: Mixed up patient names. Made several errors along the way. Really old and clunky computer system fraught with errors. Billed over $200 each for 'diagnostic services' for two family members who went in for routine exams, 6 months after the visit! Make sure to ask for 'Routine eye exam without any diagnostic testing' to avoid higher bills unless there is a medical issue. Worst time management I have ever encountered!! I have been to ERs that were faster than they are here! Why have appointments if the least amount of time spent there is nearly two hours for 15 minutes of actual time spent on a patient! If I could put in a negative rating I would!

I have been getting my eye exams with Dr. Loveland for several years now. Every time I go, I feel I get a great exam, never feel rushed, all my questions are answered and can always see great with my glasses and contacts. Best exam I've ever had! Thank you!
