Doesnt care about her patients. Spent most of my visit talking about her problems than listening to mine. Always running late. Withholds prescription if you dont come in monthly. Very unprofessional.
She doesn't seem to care at all for her patients. I've been seeing her for over a year and I still don't think she knows anything about me. Staff is extremely rude, difficult to get prescriptions refilled, and her office is completely unprofessional ( it's in a florists shop ).
After seeing Nancy for 2 years, she told me that there was no miracle pill when I was discussing my recent spike in anxiety. Heartless and cruel.
I had been seeing Nancy for about 3 years. On our last visit, I said that I didn't appreciate her being 25 minutes late. She made excuses and got defensive. 3 days later I got a notice saying she wouldn't treat me anymore because my behavior was unacceptable. I neither yelled, nor called names, nor swore. If she's that petty about being called out for being late, how could you trust her with the sensitive stuff?
