Kitchen is filthy, owner is very discriminating and disrespectful towards folks with disabilities, not to mention the underage bartenders!!! I’ve been both a friend of the manager and a customer since the 90’s. I miss when Chang owned it, it’s gone downhill ever since!!! #YouHaveBeenWarned
