Many things I have ordered from Nancy Chang’s in the past have been very good, but this time I ordered gluten-free chicken chow-mein, and when I received it I had to call the restaurant because I thought my order was wrong. The woman on the phone told me that the chow mein noodles aren’t gluten free, so when the gluten-free version is ordered they just leave out the noodles. For 10 years I have pretty much only been able to eat here and PF Chang for Chinese American food because everywhere else makes me sick as a dog. When I tell you this food is best I have ever had IN MY LIFE. Y’all Nancy Chang stepped it tf uppppp. The chicken is so juicy it falls apart. Everything is in disposable cardboard containers. I literally have never had yummier Chinese and it’s legit the most compliant covid place I have seen for those that matters to. I. Am. So. Impressed.
The food wash fresh tasting. The quantity is sufficient. still full from lunch. The soup was very satisfying ,I loved the veggies in the egg drop soup. Overall very satisfied and would gladly go back again.
Fantastic wonton soup and Saigon beef... delicious is underrated!!!! Saigon beef was recommended with lettuce wraps, was very good. Second time I requested over noodles, still soo good! Delicious!!!!!
Trying to support local restaurants, but what an awful experience. Waited 2.5 hours for takeout order...only to find out (after several confirmations from staff that they had our order) they lost the order. And they didn’t seem to care. Many ppl left before their orders were ready...what a waste, of food and loyal customers. We won’t be going back and we’ll be sharing our experience with our neighbors. steamed raviolis were falling apart, veggie lo mein had a couple shredded carrots, and they didn't include the sauce for raviolis. tried calling back twice and was put on hold. no resolve. 4grubhub order today at 540 to 550 please make it right.
