I love Nancy Chang's. They have great food. I don't order from there often but this is the second time in a row many months apart that I ordered for delivery sweet and sour chicken and they forgot the sweet and sour sauce. I called grub hub to have them bring me the sauce and they confirmed. It never came. I guess I have chicken fingers now. We ate at the bar and both a great meal and conversation with the bartender "Thor". Very personable and made wonderful drink suggestions as well as answered our questions about the menu. Will definitely be back!
We love coming here since moving to Worcester several years ago. Way back when I loved their pineapple chicken since it was served in a pineapple. Then one day it was just served in a plate. Since then my new favorite dish is the veggie pad Thai. Visited today and long behold they have changed the noodles completely to lighter fluffier (?cheaper noodle) not very happy about it.

Food was great and came out fairly quick! The menu was huge and had many options for vegetarians, diabetics and gluten free. Service was great! Healthy and fresh food. It was a nice day so we sat outside on the patio which was shady and they had a mist going as well. It was my first time and I will defiantly be back.
I'm gluten free, and I've been looking for a place that even offers gluten free Chinese. This place FAR exceeded my expectations! They have such a large menu, and are very accommodating to someone with gluten sensitivities. While I didn't eat inside, the staff I met were very kind and the location was easy to find. Now, the food itself was great! It was a bit bland, but that happens with even the best gluten free food (and adding some gluten free soy sauce helped). I'm looking forward to going back again!

I am super impressed with Nancy Chang's. Ever since a friend recommended the restaurant I have never been disappointed. Their staff is super friendly and attentive, their food and drinks are reasonably priced and delicious. Their ingredients are always fresh and made to order without MSG and as a vegan I love that they have so many options that are veg friendly and gluten free. I recommend Nancy Chang's to everyone I know as well as my clientele and everyone agrees it's one of the best places to eat in the worcester area.

Great atmosphere, buffet was incredible. Food and drinks were amazing. Staff was incredible and very helpful.
A little pricy, but food is good. Would definitely recommend.
Horrible service figured we should try again at the bar and it was as bad as the service and worse then the food will never go back or recommend it ither, I can't see this place remaining open
