This is our second home sold by Nancy and once again, it was a wonderful experience. Nancy is very detail oriented and made sure we were aware of every step of the process throughout the last step - picking up our check! She also helped to find us a local agent when we were looking for our new home in the mountains of NC and her lead turned out great even though he was not associated with her company. She has definitely gone above and beyond in helping us with our real estate needs!

Nancy Caggia was and is AMAZING! I currently live in Europe and had rented out my house for several years. I decided to sell it and based on a glowing recommendation from a close friend I engaged Nancy to be my realtor. Nancy wanted to start showing the house before Mother’s Day.
