I went yesterday, the 15th of January. I will never see Dr. McClure ever again. I am there for help but when I told him one thing I was unfortunately having to deal with he made fun of me and then told me, after stepping on the scale, that I could loose some weight. I'm not there for that. He didn't help me at all. He should not treat patients with disrespect. I owe them money but I'd rather it go against my credit than to give them another penny. He shouldn't be in practice.

I had my first visit today with Dr. Khan which was a disaster. I was told that this first visit would be a hour long visit and that the cost would be $250. I get there and this man came in and asked me two personal questions which were: how was your childhood and was I raised by two or one parent. After this he asked a couple of questions about my medications and he wrote a prescription and tried to give it to me. I didn’t take it and at this point I asked him was he done. He replied “yes”. Short Sessions. Beware of Unscrupulous Use of No-show Fee My daughter is supposed to get 30 minutes with her psychiatrist each visit. She is charged a full $250 each time, not covered by insurance, and she only receives 15-20 minutes of time. A CRNP always sees her, never her MD. On three occasions she has had to reschedule her appointment. No matter how far ahead she calls, she is charged a $50 no-show fee, even though she is rescheduling. Bad place
The receptionist was SO RUDE Because they messed up my appt. time. Had a card for 12:15 which I produced on sight, they had changed it to 11:30 the day before and we were there at 11:29! Made me wait till all patients had been seen zither the Doc came and got me. That’s where all the insurance fraud started - stay away from. These people
I have been here in the past with no problem. My latest visit they tried to make me pay as though I had no insurance. We all know you don’t get past the doors without insurance and they copied my card right along with my DL. BC/BS filed a complaint to which they got the response: oh ooops we didn’t know she had insurance! Liars! Not only were they rude at the front desk but it was an all out sham! Goodbye Grayson and associates! I would do 0 stars if it were an option
