The prices were reasonable and it didn’t take long for my hair to be done. Thank you Nana’s. I love my hair! ❤️
I like how they immediately got to work but they aren’t friendly at all. I was told to pay in the middle of the service because the lady was leaving . Which was no problem but the lady never left lol. Then there was a 3% charge for using a debit card. While processing my card was asked if I wanted to tip .NO I didnt want to tip! If the attitude was better maybe but customers shouldn’t feel the need to tip if they are bringing their own hair! The braids are ok some bigger than others I give this place 4/10
I made an appointment somewhere else and the braider didnt show. I called this shop and asked them to squeeze me in. They did! I called at 11:30. I got to the shop at 12:00 and was in the chair by 12:30 & they were extremely busy. My hair came out nice and everyone at the shop was great!
