The food was amazing, and decently priced.
I had horrible service and I'm really disappointed about it. I had to wait 20 minutes before my food was prepared because the chef was on a break. Waiting until she arrived was a literal hell. The AC is barely functional. In addition, I specifically asked for no tomatoes in my Ramen Bowl but got them anyway. The woman who took my order attempted to insult my intelligence by suggesting the huge hunks of tomatoes in my Ramen Bowl were the result of paste. The last time I was here, things were marvelous. I was looking forward to going to Nami Ramen, this would have been our second time going. The food is great but I am pretty frustrated because we just went there at 11:30am and their hours are posted opening at 11am. The door was locked and one of the employees came out to tell us they didnt open till 12pm because that is the summer hours and the hours posted on the door and the website are the winter hours.
