It was delicious. We got the lunch special and it was just enough to be satisfying and not leave us uncomfortable. The broth was rich and flavorful, the vegetables fresh and crunchy, and the noodles were certainly not the same noodles that come in the packages that we ate in college. We will be back, for sure!
My dad and I drove an hour and a half to come here for the first time today and it was so worth it. I'd been searching for a good ramen shop since I left Seattle. I think I found it!
Amazing veggie Ramen! The only problem is that I live in NJ! Can't wait to visit again!
