I was greeted and asked to wait in the seating lobby until someone was available to assist me. Only 15 minute wait. Was helped. Introduced to the Peer support team. I provided them with resources and idea tools, in which they accepted and implemented into assisting others. Great work you guys, the current team is truly helping in many ways.

Not everyday is Golden, but Cold it Be sometimes... an organizations like NAMI who go out of their way to help without much 'dead corpse profit' to ensnare their aspects of SeaSons; can really go a long way for the community.

It is a good place people the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious as well its a good place if you want to get your life together

This is a trash place with employees that couldn't care less and are completely burnt out. The employees would bring their negative attitude into an environment that naturally triggers people with mental health conditions. There were a lot of dangerous things that happened and the NAMI "leadership" literally watched and did nothing. One guy grabbed my charger without asking. When I confronted him about it and told him to stop, he threatened to pull a knife on me TWICE! NAMI "leadership" did nothing, and neither did the other... read more

Not sure what you’re providing to the unhoused people in downtown but you’re attracting all of them to camp on the sidewalk. There is human waste and trash including used drug paraphernalia all over the sidewalk and in the street. So many tents and crap you can’t even walk on the sidewalk safely. Camping on sidewalks is illegal yet you not only allow it your promote it.
