The service was good but my teriyaki chicken had a really weird texture. So weird that I couldn't (wouldn't) finish eating it. Even my not picky boyfriend didn't like the texture. The atmosphere wasn't that great either. It was hot, there wasn't any music playing, and everything seemed kind of cheap. for example, the alcoholic beverages came in plastic cups, the table cloths were covered by paper, and there weren't any decorations. We hadn't been in years, but the food and environment was as great as we remembered. It was the first time for our 5 year-old granddaughter and she really enjoyed it and is a memory we'll all cherish. We always choose to sit at the Hitachi.
Great food and fun for family! A bit expensive though.
