Office Staff is the worst staff of any office that I have EVER gone to!!! Very rude, do not do their jobs! Bill procedures with the wrong codes. Don't call in prescriptions. Don't give the doctor test results - just file it in your chart and then come to find out its not a good report!

I have seen Dr. Nam for over 2 years. I find him to be very careful a good listener and I never feel rushed. There can be long wait times but this is do to him taking time and care with each patient. I do agree with those that the staff needs a bit of polishing. But I have seen improvement over the past year or so. I think Dr. Nam focuses on each patient and is concerned with our health. He has a great mind and uses it for our good health care.

BRILLIANT! I have always hated doctors and refused to go! I was referred to Doc Nam and have.no.problem seeing him. Extremely knowledgeable and compassionate!

First visit and from the start the entire staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and cheerful. Didn't see me at my best, but they were very understanding. Laura, the nurse practitoner was through, asking all the right questions to zero in on my issues. I felt hopeful when I left and she helped me along guiding me to what is next. I now have confidence and a better understanding of what is going on. Thank you for making what most people dread....a promising visit. Keep up the good work. C u soon.

Dr Nam is incredibly good; very diligent in exams, takes his time. He and his staff need Improvement in response time and record-keeping. I am not a needy patient, nor do I like to complain. However, several staff members do need some serious Improvement in patient Communications and politeness. I preferred to talk to dr. Nam face-to-face about my concerns his response via phone message was that I should probably look for another physician, instead of responding to my concerns.

Impossible waiting room times up to 3 hours. It takes 3 calls 3 days to get a prescription refill phoned into the pharmacy. He might be a decent DR. But a horrible businessman.
