I was told by Laura I had brain cancer March31st 2022. I ask her how long did I have to live? She said wait a minute I need to go look this up. While she is doing this I am calling my daughter who works at Aultman. I am devastated. She comes back in the room and said around 4 month's. As I am telling my daughter Laura said no no it could be a little longer. Dr Nam and the Nurse Practitioners are all wonderful! They are very welcoming and friendly! Over the past couple years however, I have noticed that the new office staff member have gotten meaner and less friendly unfortunately.
I have seen Dr. Nam, NP Laura, and NP Heather. The have all been compassionate, caring, and willing to help in any way they can. They are good listeners and they take time time to explain and answer questions. I never feel rushed. I am so happy I found this practice!
Outstanding care Steve takes care of our family with patience and consideration. Love Dr. Laura she is so sweet, caring and listens carefully. Extremely patient with elderly. I went to Kun Nam since 1985. Heather is thorough and always friendly.
Dr. Steve Nam is a great physician. He genuinely interested in my health and takes time to engage in preventative care. When I have a health related issue, Dr. Steve Nam asks probing questions and partners with me to develop a plan to address the issue. Beyond this, the patient portal makes contacting Dr. Nam's office easy and efficient. I heartily recommend Dr. Steve Nam!

I love Dr Steven noms office. As soon as you walk in you know you're in the right place everyone is amazing there from the reception to the nurses to all the doctors they are caring loving and compassionate doctors. They will listen to anything you have to say and they are willing to help in any way they can to make your life better.

Never got to even see 'Dr. Steve'. The office and APN were: Unprofessional, Lacking in Patient - Office Staff Skills, Very Poor Communicators, No Computer Network Communication, Poor HIPA Knowledge. They leave you sitting -waiting for 30 min., while you can hear them all chatting (walls are very thin). At check-out they set phone down to whoever talking to while go through your history and more. Don't forget to sign/approve everything - "Don't bother to read it".
