The best internal medicine doctor in Ohio. Dr Nam is a great balance between serious yet laid back. He is a great listener and takes his patients health issues seriously. He is thorough, thoughtful, and a great educator. He spends an appropriate amount of time with his patients and is efficient. Plus, his staff is very compassionate and well educated.

I would have to give Dr. Nam's practice a 10 out of 10, Christina Baker is the one that I see in the office and is the most understanding, She listens to all you have to say and always makes sure that you understand what is being done. The other team members also take excellent care of you, I have not had a Dr. take there time with their patients as they all do, and I would recommend them to EVERYONE.

I left many reviews for Dr Nam and all have been a perfect 10 visit. Today I went for a routine checkup with Dr Heather Johnson again. My appointment was for 2.40pm and she walked in 15 minutes earlier as that's just quite amazing to me. She is again one of the most caring doctors you ever come across. I was quite nervous as always but she calmed me down and answered all my questions and took her time explaining. I never came across such a professional and caring person as Dr Heather. I was the patient of Dr. Steve Nam's office for decades and always received the best medical care. Since I moved from Ohio to Maryland I had to look for another family doctor but I miss Dr. Nam's care tremendously.

After being with many doctors, that did not listen. I have nothing but the upmost respect for my PA Christina Baker. She makes me really comfortable and listens to everything I have to say.

The helpfulness of the staff, their pleasantness, and their respectful treatment of me as a new patient was outstanding. When I came in the receptionist helped me with the registration and that was a plus. I sat down, and in no time at all I was called in. Shawna, I believed her name is spelled, help me register and she was very pleasant and patient with me. Christine came in shortly and was wonderful. Had an appointment today, I made a mistake and thought it was a different time and I missed it. I had been waiting a month and a half for this. Was told I could never reschedule ever since I was a new patient and I missed my appointment. I understand I missed it but to talk down to me as if I committed a horrible crime. Very disappointed because I heard good things about Dr Nam. The staff on the other hand is the worst I have ever experienced.

I was told by Laura I had brain cancer March31st 2022. I ask her how long did I have to live? She said wait a minute I need to go look this up. While she is doing this I am calling my daughter who works at Aultman. I am devastated. She comes back in the room and said around 4 month's. As I am telling my daughter Laura said no no it could be a little longer.
