I’ve never been so disrespected by anyone in a “professional" brick and mortar setting. This lady is angry and clearly hurt. She seemed to enjoy talking down to someone because she smiled while doing it. Maybe the other tax preparers that share the office with her are better with their people skills but know that she is extremely unprofessional and rude. Nally, do better.
