They told me this car was checked inside and out. The entire car was inspected and everything checked out. I had this car 1.5 months and facing over $5000 with of engine repairs. I will spread the word never go to this dealership for new or used cars. My Audi A6 is a wreck. Took weeks just to get a key from them. This is the worse dealership I have encountered in my life. Recently we had the privilege of having taken our 2006 TX 330 to Nalley Lexus Smyrna 2750 Cobb Pkwy SE, Smyrna, GA 30080, and worked with Service advisor Dwayne Lee. Our dash was coming apart even after the 4 year extension on our warranty had expired in 2017. They knew there was a manufacturing defect in the production of a certain number of year's dash panels for this Lexus. I was frustrated and submitted a negative review against Nalley Lexus of Smyrna on June 15, 2020. To my surprise Sonya from Nalley called and informed me that everything was taken care of and the challenges she had been having. Not only was she listening when I called with my frustration she actually was acting on my behalf. She remained professional throughout the entire process and should be commended. Never Nalley Lexus of Smyrna. Came in with printed copy of pre- approved financing thu USAA, copy of vehicle insurance and internet price quote. Nalley rep bought out the wrong vehicle. 15 minutes later bought around correct vehicle and went for test drive. Upon return handed rep my papers to start car buying process. He then says my car costs more than the vehicle he first bought out (false) but would see if he could get the price down. He said 45,850 but internet quote was 42,402. I sent a complaint online to BBB.on 1/17/2020. I'm very impressed with BBB's response time. My complaint was forwarded to Nalley Lexus immediately. Thank you for acting so swiftly. I received a call from the GM on 1/20/2020. His tone was professional and considerate. The GM informed me that the $999 for an " Appearance Package", that I did not request, was cancelled as I requested in Aug. 2016 but the refund was never sent to my auto Lender. The dealership was deceptive and could not honor their internet pricing. They indicated it was company policy to run the credit of all. Buyers, including the buyers who pay cash or finance through another institution. I called another Nalley dealership and this was confirmed as inaccurate. I felt discriminated against and lied to on multiple occasions during my visit. I spoke with the general manager and Lexus brand.
