I went in to get a oil change in December I only got a car washed and sat there for 3 hours was not fair then they charged me, within two weeks later or so My car starts jumping making weird noises come to find out my oil is black is tar they never change my oil and then have the audacity to charge me
Recently bought an SUV from Nalley Lexus Galleria over two months ago and we still have not received a tag (temporary tag has now expired) due to no title being received by county tag office. Almost got assaulted by a sales associate. Im sure its not representative of the entire dealership but ********************* tried to intimidate and body check me in a pretty scary encounter. Said I was scared of him when I tried to deescalate. I went to Lexus in Symrna ******* and I found the car I wanted which was a new 2022 Lexus ES 350 F sport. I had my credit run at financing where I was told I had excellent credit which I was aware of. So I have been debating on buying a new suv. Originally before this pandemic happened I planned to buy one in October or November 2021. Since dealerships were having a hard time getting new ones in I started looking and found a couple I really liked. I found one at Nalley and 1 at Hennessey. We are sorry that the information this person put into the on-line purchasing portal didn't bring his 'payoff' into the calculation. There was nothing done by any person at Nalley. The system left out his payoff, which he could tell by looking at the information shown within the process he was controlling. He didn't notice or realize it, but he was told by our internet manager what happened when we reached out to him. It is unfortunate the payoff amount was not loaded so the payment estimate would have been more accurate. ... read more
