My whole car was missing for two days! FOX 5
Listen TERRIBLE PLACE!!!! They had my car for a month to fix the forward safety light and when I picked my car up today 9/16/22 now my backup light NOT WORKING! They dont care how ****** I am for not having a car and I live a hour away from the dealership!!!! I keep calling and nobody helping me solve my problem nor my advisor called me back !!!! The wait time is way too LONG !!!!!!
Absolutely terrible that you guys have the audacity to still produce cars with the ********************* paint if you know theyre going to peel. HOW DOES IT *********** WEEKS FOR AN INSURANCE APPROVAL TO PAINT A PEELING HOOD?! I bought my car a year ago and the cosmetics are absolutely terrible on the car. BETTER YET! My vehicle has been at this dealership since Memorial Day weekend. This company lacks customer service. My service provider left and I was not notified or called in regard to my vehicle. I have called so many times the receptionists know me by name and not once has any of my messages been returned. I was able to get the General Manager on the phone and let him know no one was responding to my messages or calls about my vehicle and he informed me he would speak with the service manager then get back to me and never called me ... read more
If I could give zero stars I would! I made an appointment online for 8:45am for an 'express' oil change. The word express should be taken off for this type of service. The service department told me it was going to take 3 (THREE) hours to complete an oil change. Never have I ever been told an oil change was going to take 3 hours when I made an appointment. I have been to Jim Ellis and Malcom Cunningham Hyundai and the oil change took about 45min/1 hour to complete. To make matters WORSE they would not honor the online price ... read more
