I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 from ***** Honda (big mistake) started having so many problems with after 2 or 3 yrs. I traded the car, the salesman advertised me that I had equality and I can get money back from my ************** This was in December 2020 now it's 7/2022 still haven't received my money!! ?? They have been giving me a bunch of bs!!
Scheduled two appointments to have keys made for my vehicle, no one knew about my car being on the yard after the tow company delivered it. Went the next day for a third appointment for the same issue and a ticket wasn't made for my car after after a representative I spoke with directly texted his cohorts about my car the day prior. No sense of urgency or care for others with the staff. No one would answer the phone, no one knows what's going on.
me and my husband went to nalley honda in union city ga and we had a sales name andre we gave him 2200 dollars down on a 2019 honda accord so yesterday we went back and talk to a manger and let him know that on our paper it said 1500 down andre had took our 700 and put it in his pocket so the manger called him in the office about 30 min later andre went to the bank and got the 700 out his account and give it to us the manger got mad when my husband ask him was he going to do something about andre taking customer money he tol... read more
