A year and a half ago we bought a vehicle from here that wasn't what we needed but based on our credit was what we could get. And were told that we could bring it back in a year and trade it in for almost anything on the lot, so what we actually needed. When I first moved to Brunswick, Ga several years ago, the dealership had the reputation of intentionally doing internal damage in order to cause the customers to have to pay more for repairs. Therefore, I purchased my vehicles from a Honda dealership in Savannah. A couple of months ago I took my Honda to Nalley due to the airbag recall. Nalley Honda is the best! Ann in service went above and beyond to help with a warranty issue with my 2010 Buick LaCrosse . Critz Honda in Savannah on the other hand I wouldn't send my worst enemy there! The service manager and their under writers were rude and unhelpful! I definitely will be bring my future car purchases to them as I have two teens both in the market for cars! The sales department also worked with my not so stellar credit! Worst dealership ever. Lol what kinda dealership sells you a car, and no matter how many times you ask for a spare key they say "we'll get it taken care of." Then you finally throw your hands up. And when you lock your only key In the car, you call nalley to ask for your spare key you NEVER GOT, they say "well it's been 2 years".....it don't Matter if it's been 2 decades, I NEVER GOT MY SPARE KEY AND YOU WANNA CHARGE ME $100??? For my own key??? Yea...corporate will definitely hear from us.

Did my oil change on my Honda Odyssey while I was on vacation. Great people and a great dealership. I did not buy my car there, but they treated me like a regular customer. Very good people in the service department.

I would like to give a shout out to Jeff Wentworth! Jeff stayed in touch with me for four days via text, email, and phone yet was never pushy. If you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle and don't want to be aggravated with a pushy salesman ask for Jeff. He will go out of his way to make your experience pleasant!
