My husband and daughter bought a car from Nalley on July 25, 2020. Marco was our salesman he was great to work with!! However 10 weeks later still no tag!!!! I've called several times. We had to go to our tag office file for extension for temporary tag now that tag expires in 2 days. I called yesterday Freddy never called me back so I spoke to manager said overnighting the paper work(so it was just sitting there for!! how long???) Your inspections on used cars is garbage! I bought a used truck with supposedly no problems. Well I have had it 3 months and drove it maybe 600 miles. The whole front end needs rebuilt, radiator issues, new back shocks, window doesn’t work, and cruise control either. So in my eyes your inspection team should be fired because this truck should have never been resold in this condition!

Beginning the process of a trade in for more space. Found their website and drove down to visit. This was the most relaxed experience I've had at a dealership ever. Preston is extremely knowledgeable about all the details for many models I hadn't even thought of.
