I went to Toyota of Roswell for an oil change and was delayed 45 minutes because they had lost my keys. They did not make any appoligies or attempt to discount the service. Mistakes happen but the lack of compassion has encouraged me to get my support elsewhere.
Came in early, got right in and left in record time for an oil change. Good job.
