I usually love this place and never have an issue . But my last night experience was awful i ordered my normal meal shrimp steak and chicken but was brought sushi and chicken not what i ordered at all i was at the hibachi side to everyone got there right order but me but the waiter then argued with me and the cheif of what i ordered. Then when they Finally cooked the meat i ordered in the back kitchen i was done with my rice and noodles i was full. Pretty sucky service this time around. Dont want that waiter again.
My daughter celebrated her sixteenth birthday party at Nakato Japanese Restaurant last night and we all had a wonderful time. We made our reservations a month in advance. She was so excited about being able to wrar an authentic furisode kimono from Japan. There were 20 people in our party. The servers were spot on and the chefs were awesome. They don't give you a lot of food like they use to. The taste is not the same. The prices are way too high for the taste of the food and the portion size, definitely not worth it anymore ��
Made a reservation for hibachi. As soon as we arrived, free valet. Greeted warmly at the door and were seated immediately. Chef was very funny and kept us entertained. Food is well worth the price.
