Many better choices for hibachi in Pittsburgh. Prices are high, service was subpar, and they refuse to accommodate
Food was great as was the service from the hostess to the server to the chef will return again
I love nakama but my visit yesterday was not good. Beef tips tasted different and were really dry. The California rolls were falling apart and chicken hibachi was cold. Def didn't get my money's worth. Was going to complain there but our server was barely at our table. Also there were dirty dishes on our table for about ten minutes before we could order a drink.
Anytime we get hibachi chef Luke. We have a great time. Been going for years now. Have gotten to know long time employees there. Love the sushi!!!!!! Love Luke cooking for us. Manager sang is great as well. Favorite waiters/waitresses are lance, jenn, and Nikki. Good food!
The food was good but way over priced it wasn't as good as the price have had other hibachi style food and thought the others were better and even cheaper the service was good our waiter was energetic the cook was boring not very entertaining which also added to the price seeming way to high can't say I'll ever go back and can't say I won't go back !
I went to Nakamas for the first time tonight. I'd give them a 2.5/5. Our server and decor was very nice and the placed looked nicely cleaned. Although it took almost an hour for us to get our food and we didn't get both dishes at the same time. I mean how awkward is it eating your meal if your partner isn't eating theirs as well?
