I felt as though I was treated more as a customer than as a patient, which to me is a good thing. Dr Soofi did not rush when explaining things to me. He took his time to be sure I understood the procedure and to answer my concerns. Good experience.
Very friendly greeting at door and at checkin desk. The front nurse was very friendly and explained everything very well as well as Dr Burkhart. The nurse anesthetist was fantastic and the nurse in recovery was very good. All in all a very friendly staff.
