On time and answered all my questions and concerns
This was my first colonoscopy and I dislike going to any doctor, hospital, etc. once I was sent back to pre-op the nurse was amazing and explained everything that would be going on. I felt comfortable knowing I had extremely kind and open communication with the professionals around me. The doctor saw me before I was taking back for the procedure and explained what he would be doing and looking for. Great doctor explained everything about the procedure
Everyone was professional and friendly
I was extremely surprised to see how organized and on time everything went from check-in to discharge out. Things ran like a finely tuned process! Every team member came in to introduce themselves and explain their role. A proper 'time out' was done pre procedure! I was thoroughly impressed! My pre-op nurse had the best, up beat personality too!
Dr. Soofi always listens to my concerns (no matter how long I ramble on). His caring manner is very reassuring when learning about health issues and he makes sure my questions were answered.
Dr. Soofi made this experience as pleasant as possible. Noone 'enjoys' the prep and process, but Dr. Soofi made this one a good experience. Thanks Doc!
