I initially started coming here because the service was so nice And the feeling was very comfortable and homie the last three times I’ve been, though I’ve noticed a decline in professionalism as the staff talk badly about management and also a decline in appearance for the paid services from having wax left on my face after having my eyebrows waxed to being poked by the clippers when they’re trimming around my cuticles and just the appearance of my nails, and the messiness that they’re OK with me walking out of the facility ... read more
Went in for a mini. Did a great job. They are very accommodating
I had an amazing experience with Thu today! She stayed an hour after closing to finish my nails and took her time without rushing. As always, she did an incredible job. Thank you so much, Thu!
The service was disappointing and lacked value for the customer. I had an appointment scheduled for 6:20 PM which was confirmed...arrived on time, only to wait 20 minutes for the lash lady that also does nails to tell me she won't be able to do my nails because they close at 7pm. Very disappointing especially after wasting the extra 20 minutes. She didn’t seem to care.Definitely my last time there!
Highly recommend Muy she's done my nails for 4 straight years.
