Called to make sure I didn't need an appointment. The lady was very friendly and asked if I have ever been there. Of course I haven't :) Came in a couple hours later with my 8 year old to get mani/pedis before Christmas and she knew I was the one who had called. There was so many people in there, but so many more employees as well. We were seated quickly and 1.5 hours later, I had my gel nails perfectly painted on and my 8 year old couldn't stop talking about the massage and scrub. Jenny and her staff accomodated my sisters, neice and I for mani/pedis when we were pressed for time. There were 6 of us and the mani/pedis were done simultaneously. We were in and out in no time and enjoyed the pampering. Thank you Jenny! You guys are awesome!!
Worst manicure I have ever received from here normally it’s an average experience.... today my nails look awful and the nail tech was so inept. She clipped my skin when she clipped my little toes and my manicure looks like its been growing out for 2 weeks. I made the mistake of paying and tipping before she was finished. Never again! She also used a old nail file that had been used on other people. Gross.
