I’ve been coming here since 2010 and I’ve never had an exprlike I had two weeks ago. I’ve never experienced any kind of broken nails since I’ve been coming here and for my nails to not be the same length or shape is so unacceptable. I asked for my nails to be sculpted with just acrylic but I was told they don’t do that and I never knew I was supposed to be charged for getting my nails shaped all of this was new to me. I Can’t recommend Nails Uptown enough!! The whole staff follows Jenny’s lead with customer service and a quality experience! Don’t leave before you have Linh do some microshading on your eyebrows! Absolute BEST!!! 👍🏽
