I've been going here off and on for over 20 years, I've tried many other places but I always end up back here. There work is always better then any other place I've been. They are great at fixing bad work done by other mail salons. It's worth the long trip for me to have my nails done right!
Went in for a fill in with French tips and was horribly upset after paint started chipping off 2 days later. I should have went with my first instinct and run when I saw the upkeep. Never again!
Teresa or Theresa came in 20 minutes late, speaking a non English language, no apology for being late, then the only English she said was “what service you want” “total cost is”I was there from 3:30 until 5:20, she laughed, and talked the whole time to herself and to the other lady in a non English language. It was very rude, I felt like she was talking about me. Theresa left me sitting to dry my nails for 25 minutes. I will never go there again.
I always leave a happy and satisfied customer.
