I had my nails dipped for the first time at this nail salon. They charged me $75. I was very unhappy. So I went to a different nail salon and ask them how my nails looked and they said they were horrible. I also ask them how much they would have charged me for the nails I had, they said 45.00 When I call them back and tell them they overcharged me, they told me that they would give me a $10 gift card, but Im not going to return. my nails were not smooth and it started chipping right away. Absolutely horrible customer service from the new “owner” ! I went in Sunday for there “grand re opening “ and was charged a ridiculous amount of money for a rebase. That didn’t even last me a full week . Not only to have a nail break off and another one crack, but to have basically my whole “gel” nail polish come off in the shower on basically all my nails . Would not recommend to anyone. Never in my years of getting my nails done have I experienced anything like this .

Went yesterday evening to get a rebase and explained to her how I didn’t like the shape, and instead of fixing it she kept on and said “next time” she’ll change it after me continuously letting her know they were too thick.. she didn’t seem to pay attention. Paid $30 plus tip, I posted a picture on my Snapchat and got over 10 friends telling me how thick they were and how the shape was off. Lisa does awesome job on my nails every time
I got my nails powder dip. The man was very fast and really rough with the drill. I had 3 nails break. Lisa fixed one nail so bad that is,was cracked in less than a day. They do not do powder dip the proper way that's why they break. Top care now gets my business.
I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half. Lisa always does an amazing job on my nails and Cindy does great on my toes! I wouldn’t go anywhere else in abq.
Best Nail Shop EVER!!! Love the relaxed atmosphere and everyone is so friendly. Lisa has been my nail tech for more than 7 years. She really knows her craft. She also offers permanent make up. Lisa gave me BEAUTIFUL eyebrows! I look at least 5 years younger!! If you are thinking about having micro blading or pigments, I would HIGHLY recommend Lisa.
