They have no manners. They don't even understand what " customer service" means. If you make an appointment and you are on time, you stool have to wait at least 30 minutes because they take the wake in and don't have the courtesy to wait for the customer who actually has an appointment . If you don't have appointment they would take you and them leave you half way done to go get another customer with appointment .
